By using ellemarigny.com or purchasing any program from Elle Marigny, including The Ascension Code and The Great Becoming, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or programs. Questions: elle@ellemarigny.com.

Elle Marigny is a life success coach, not a licensed physician, therapist, counselor, attorney, or financial advisor. All content on this site, in our free resources, programs, community, and social media is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
No Guaranteed Results
Any results, stories, or testimonials shared are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control. You are fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Purchases & Payment
Programs are sold through our checkout partner, Stan (stan.store), and are also subject to Stan's terms. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Promotional or founding-member prices are available for a limited time or a limited number of members and may end without notice.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase The Great Becoming and are not satisfied, email elle@ellemarigny.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. Refunds remove access to the program, materials, and community.
Access & Account
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the program for your own use. Please do not share your login or program materials. We may remove access for anyone who shares, resells, or misuses the program, or who is abusive toward other members.
Community Guidelines
Our Facebook community group is a space for encouragement and respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and self-promotion without permission are not allowed, and we may remove members who violate these guidelines. What you share in the group may be visible to other members, so please share thoughtfully.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and in our programs, including text, videos, worksheets, frameworks (including The Ascension Code and VIBRATE), names, and logos, belongs to Elle Marigny and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The site and programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elle Marigny will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site or programs after an update means you accept the new Terms.
