Information you give us: your name, email address, and anything you include in a message when you use our contact form, email us, sign up for a free resource such as The Identity Switch, or message us on Facebook or TikTok.

Purchase information: courses are sold through our checkout partner, Stan (stan.store). When you buy, Stan collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your name, email, and order details, but we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, we and our partners collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, the page that referred you, and approximate location, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver free resources and courses you request; give you access to our community and program materials; respond to your messages; send you emails about our content, programs, and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time); understand how people use our site so we can improve it; and measure and improve our advertising.
